Job Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving growth of the whole Globus/NuVasive portfolio within the New Zealand region (or as outlined) with focus upon direct operations within a defined region . You will be responsible for driving profitable revenue and profit growth, against agreed goals and tar get s. Directly managing a regional team, the Regional Manager is expected to support/coach/mentor and lead to ensure deployed resource return and positive profitable growth within each fiscal quarter and year .
Responsibilities
Driving profitable growth against agreed target .
Management of a Regional Sales team ensuring high performance sales success.
Quarterly review of sales plans/objectives to ensure achievement of annual business objectives.
Setting of quarterly and yearly sales and activity plans.
Monitoring of all sales activity to ensure delivery of all qualitative and quantitative goals.
Ensure all company property and resources are well maintained and fit for purpose.
Drive EPIC sales professional program.
Management of all deployed inventory to ensure achievement of expected turn rates, inventory audits (twice per year), and utilisation of loaner program.
Provide detailed monthly reports to National Sales Manager ANZ on Region performance to budget, Account Manager performance and product penetration .
Ensure timely actions on underperforming territories to facilitate return to profitable growth.
Actively support Regional and National Sales Meetings.
Support and drive a high-performance culture and develop a market leading performing team.
Qualifications
Excellent organisational skills
Must possess a min. of 5 years of previous Spine/ Orthopaedic experience.
Minimum of 3 years sales leadership experience
Graduate degree required.
Proven previous leadership, teambuilding skills and abilities.
Well organised, detail oriented, proficient in accounting and sales analysis skills
Strong skills in Excel and Power Point
